Employee Participation in Corporate Governance

The Pentalog founders have always considered that the added-value of the company should be shared amongst those who created this value. Many employees, (including Romanian and Moldovan employees from our offshore business units) have become shareholders in the company, holding over 90% of the capital.

A Transnational Organization

Pentalog employs 650 people across the world. The Group's Business Administration Unit is based in Orleans, France and interacts on a daily basis with local management teams in Germany, Romania, Moldova and Vietnam. All local managers speak fluently English and French, and have an excellent understanding of the Western European business culture. All our Teams are given the opportunity to acquire new skills and experiences while participating in projects in other countries. From a technical point of view, all our offices are linked with each others through a private VoIP network and high-performance network, allowing everyone to communicate easily and share data with colleagues based in another offices and with clients situated in another countries.

Human Resources

Attracting and developing the best talent to maintain a growing company is a challenge that Pentalog has accepted successfully, by not only putting the emphasis on technical excellence, but also on communication and management skills. And since globalization does not go without multi lingual communication, all Pentalog employees speak English fluently, as well as at least one other foreign language (French, German, etc.), wherever they are based. They are exposed to culturally diverse clients and projects, fostering intercultural management skills. Worker participation in the corporate capital and interesting carrier opportunities encourage the most talented of university graduates to come to work for Pentalog and these same factors help maintain employee loyalty.

A Web-based Sales and Recruitment Strategy

Minimizing sales costs is also part of Pentalog's low cost business model. The Web 2.0 offers a world wide internet platform and this has become the heart of Pentalog's marketing, business development, as well as social branding strategy. Blogs, social networking, videos, etc. are a few of the many tools Pentalog uses, which have proven successful and contributed to the development of our recruitment and business strategy.

Certification and European Trademark

Pentalog's community trademark was registered in October 2008 in order to protect its strong corporate identity from misuse. Two months later, the company was given ISO 9001:2008 certification in its French, Romanian and Moldovan units.
